1. Bookings and Payments:
All bookings and reservations must be made through our official website or through authorized agents.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or cash deposit at our designated bank accounts.
Once payment is received, a booking confirmation will be sent via email or text message.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, a written notice must be sent to our office.
Cancellation fees will be charged as per our policy, which may vary depending on the package and timing of the cancellation.
Refunds will be made to the same account from which the payment was made.
Refunds may take up to 21 business days to process.
3. Travel Documents:
It is the responsibility of the traveler to obtain all necessary travel documents, including visas, passports, and health certificates.
We can assist with the visa application process for Umrah and Hajj packages, but we do not guarantee the issuance of visas.
4. Accommodations:
Accommodations will be provided as per the package selected.
Room allocations will be at the discretion of the hotel management.
Room upgrades may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
5. Transportation:
Transportation will be provided as per the package selected.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations in transportation due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
We can assist in obtaining travel insurance, but we do not provide or sell any insurance policies ourselves.
7. Tour Itinerary:
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary as necessary, without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for any missed tours or activities due to the traveler's late arrival, illness, or other reasons beyond our control.
8. Liability:
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to property or person, including death, arising from or in connection with the use of our services or participation in any of our tours.
Travelers are advised to purchase their travel insurance to cover any losses or damages.
9. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions or using our services shall be resolved through arbitration by the laws of Pakistan.
